Please read these terms and conditions in full before using any services on the ac 365 platform. The rules set out here constitute a legal agreement between you and ac 365.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Deposit Rules
Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name. Funds from third-party accounts or unknown sources are not accepted. 3.2 Withdrawal Rules

If any active bonus wagering requirement remains, the withdrawal cannot be processed. ac 365 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual transactions.

4. Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms
ac 365 offers various bonuses and promotions. Please read the general conditions below carefully before accepting any of these offers.
Welcome Bonus Terms
A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; you must wager ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing.
General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus has its own validity period.
- No more than one bonus may be active at a time.
- If misuse of a bonus is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
- ac 365 reserves the right to change bonus claim rules.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
4.1 Other Promotion Terms
Weekly reload bonuses, slot festival bonuses, cricket season offers, birthday gifts, and referral bonuses each carry separate wagering conditions. Full terms for each promotion are listed on that offer's page. Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and the entire balance may be forfeited.
4.2 VIP Program Terms
The ac 365 VIP program has four levels: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Cashback is paid at the applicable rate on the week's net losses. Example: a Gold member with weekly net losses of ৳20,000 receives cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160. ac 365 reserves the right to change VIP levels, benefits, or discontinue the program.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules apply at all times to betting and gaming activity on ac 365.
Slots and Casino
The outcome of all slot and casino games is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a technical error occurs in a game result, the bet for that round may be voided. RTP is the maximum theoretical value — actual results may differ.
Sports Betting
Placed bets that are open when a match starts will be settled at the pre-set odds. If a match is abandoned or a specified number of overs is not completed, bets will be voided and stakes returned. Betting odds may change at any time.
Live Casino
If a connection is lost during a live casino game, the result of any round already settled will stand. The dealer's decision is final. Game history is stored on the server and will be treated as evidence in the event of a dispute.
5.1 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:
- Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Attempting to exploit bonuses by coordinating bets across two or more accounts.
- Attempting to place bets after the outcome of a casino or sports event is known.

- Taking unfair advantage of technical errors on the platform.

If any difference arises between the Bengali and English versions of these terms, the Bengali version will apply. On any matter of interpretation of the terms, the decision of ac 365 will be considered final.
10.4 Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances
ac 365 will not be held liable if services are disrupted due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, government orders, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to resolve such situations as quickly as possible and users will be informed.
